Every care has been taken to follow your instructions, but the final responsibility for accuracy of this proof rests with you, the client. Once you have submitted this form, you have given us approval to move forward with the printing of your product. Please check the proofs thoroughly as InterGlobe Printing II, LLC will not be held responsible for missed items, typographical errors or wrong prices once the proof is signed by the customer.

By submitting 'Approved' with this form, I confirm I have thoroughly reviewed all digital proofs included. I accept full responsibility for this approval and hereby grant permission to proceed with printing. I understand that revisions, error corrections and/or preference changes after this approval will not be reflected on the final product.
